After becoming finalists for Seth Godin's Bullmarket (we made it too), we were tasked with asking clients what we did that was special. The results were better than we could imagine so we've decided to post them here.

While we're happy to simply post these here for our ego, we also see this as a challenge to ourselves. By reading these, you will have an expectation for dealing with us, thus, these are our new benchmarks for service. As we improve (and our clients let us know) the bar will continue climbing. Challenge us on these...please!

Hi Rich

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Missing Link for our promo DVD. We think it is fab and big commendation to Greg who was very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. It is rare to find people who actually deliver on what they have committed to and on time and to good quality and he was able to do all those things.
