After becoming finalists for Seth Godin's Bullmarket (we made it too), we were tasked with asking clients what we did that was special. The results were better than we could imagine so we've decided to post them here.

While we're happy to simply post these here for our ego, we also see this as a challenge to ourselves. By reading these, you will have an expectation for dealing with us, thus, these are our new benchmarks for service. As we improve (and our clients let us know) the bar will continue climbing. Challenge us on these...please!

Hi Rich

I hope all is well with you. I would really like to take this opportunity to highlight one of your staff members.

Dayle during the past few weeks has really not only exceeded the expectation and delivery for us on the road show but personally was incredibly professional and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that all worked smoothly for the road show.

Secondly we have requested Missing Link to assist us with another project and yet again Dayle has produced excellent work and has been a pleasure to work with as he really assists with direction and execution.

Thank you and your staff for all the hard work, time and effort.
